Abstract
The aim of a thesis is to determine customer satisfaction with the services of the language school Hello and propose any recommendations for increasing this satisfaction.The first chapter contains the characteristics of the language school and
effects which affect language school. In the next chapter are theoretical background associated with the subject of thesis. The following chapters are the methodology of the marketing research and data analysis. The last chapter contains proposals and recommendations.
