Hodnocení parametrů ingtegrity povrchu po aplikaci vysokorychlostního frézování

Abstract

The Master Thesis is focused to the evaluation of integrity surface parameters after application of high-speed-milling. Surface roughness parameters are measured on steel EN C45 / 1.0503 and on 316L / 1.4404 steel. There are also described profile and square parameters of the surface roughness. Then there are clarified the methods of measuring the surface integrity parameter and their evaluation. It also contains the description of high-speed-milling and hard materials, which can me machined by this method. Next there are decribed the measuring appliance used to measure the surface roughness parameters on which the measurements were performed. The result is an evaluation of the measured data measured at the laboratories of VŠB. In conclusion, the final summary and the meaning of these measurements are processed.
