Návrh technologie vrtání hlubokých otvorů

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá rozborem a porovnáním dvou metod hlubokého vrtání na zadané součásti. Jedním z úkolů bylo navržení nové technologie vrtání pro výrobu otvoru v hlavní hřídeli větrné elektrárny a její porovnání se stávající výrobní metodou. Prvním cílem je porovnání obou použitých metod z hlediska technické náročnosti. Dále se práce zabývá porovnáním ekonomickým, a to jak z hlediska porovnání výrobních časů, využití materiálu tak i opotřebení řezných nástrojů. Experimentální části byla prováděna ve spolupráci s firmou VÍTKOVICE HEAVY MACHINERY a.s.. Závěr obsahuje celkové porovnání obou metod jak o technické tak i ekonomické stránce.

This Master´s thesis deals with the analysis and comparison of two methods of deep drilling of given parts. One of the tasks was to design a new drilling technology to make a hole in the main shaft of a wind power plant and its comparison with the current production method. The first goal is to compare the two used methods from the point of view of technical demands. Furthermore, the thesis deals with economic comparing from the point of view od production time, usage of material, and cutting gear wear. The experimental part was done with VÍTKOVICE HEAVY MACHINERY a.s. cooperation. The conclusion includes overall comparison of both methods, the technical as well as the economical aspects.
