Abstract
The diploma thesis deals with customer satisfaction measurement of municipal swimming pool. The aim of the thesis is to propose concrete steps to improve services and to enhancement of customer satisfaction. The main section of thesis is a quantitative marketing research using method of written questioning. Data obtained from marketing research are subsequently analyzed in detail. In conclusion of the thesis are formulated specific proposals and recommendations.
