Kapacitní řešení výroby vybraného produktu

Abstract

Master Thesis deals with the issue of capacity options of the company and the process of approval parts for the serial production. The first, theoretical part provides general information of capacity calculations, as well as on product quality planning and individual requirements within the PPAP methodology. The second part presents the company Weppler Tools s.r.o., its scope and production program. The current state of serial production and its capacity options are analysed. Furthermore, the obtained data are analysed, and suitable actions are proposed. Quality tools and procedures are applied to the selected part, thanks to which individual requirements are created according to the PPAP methodology together with their outputs. In the last part, the obtained results are evaluated.
