Analýza přesnosti měření pro vybrané geometrické tvary na SMS a optickém skeneru.

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of measurement accuracy for selected geometric shapes on the device - CMM and optical scanners ATOS Q and ATOS Core 200. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the theoretical part, where the geometric specification of the products including geometric tolerances is described. division of scanning methods. The next chapter is devoted to measuring devices, including their principle. At the end of the theoretical part, measurement errors and uncertainties are described. The practical part of the thesis deals with the evaluation and comparison of the measured geometric deviations on devices – CMM and optical scanners ATOS Q and ATOS Core 200. At the beginning of the practical part, the digitization of the designed model on selected devices is described. The second part describes the evaluation of the measured values. The measured geometric deviations were statistically processed and graphically displayed in bar graphs for evaluation. The final chapter is devoted to the technical-economic evaluation.
