Abstract
The thesis deals with customer relationship management. The bachelor’s thesis describes the issue, the origin, the development of CRM system, the value of customer relationship, technology of CRM system, factors for choosing the right system, the requirements for its implementation in the company and the description of the particular system (Sugar CRM). The aim is to show advantages and disadvantages, benefits and rules of CRM system for the implementation in the company.
