Hydraulika paketovacího lisu

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem hydrauliky pro paketovací lis. V úvodní literární rešerši jsou popsány druhy a nakládání s kovovými odpady. Dále jsou zde popsány druhy paketovacích lisovacích zařízení. Praktická část se věnuje návrhu samotného lisu. Nejprve jsem stanovil požadavky a popsal pracovní proces lisování. Dále jsem provedl nezbytné výpočty, navrhl koncepci pohonu a vhodné hydraulické komponenty pro každou sekci. V závěru práce je zadání pro navazující profese. Součástí práce je návod k obsluze a údržbě zařízení, výkresová dokumentace bloku pro logické ventily, hydraulického agregátu a také funkční schéma hydraulického systému se seznamem položek.

The master thesis deals with the design of hydraulics for a baling press. In the introductory literature search, the types and treatment of metal waste are described. Furthermore, the types of packer press equipment are described. The practical part deals with the design of the press itself. Firstly, I set out the requirements and describe the working process of the baling process. Next, I performed the necessary calculations, designed the drive concept and the appropriate hydraulic components for each section. The thesis concludes with the assignment for the downstream professions. The thesis includes operating and maintenance instructions for the equipment, drawings of the logic valve block, the hydraulic unit as well as a functional diagram of the hydraulic system with a list of items.
