Zkoušky životnosti vyměnitelných břitových destiček

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá zkouškou řezivosti vyměnitelných břitových destiček. V teoretické části je vytvořen přehled možných zkoušek k určování řezivosti. Další část se zabývá výběrem vhodné metody, vhodného obráběného materiálu a obráběcího stroje. Bylo vybráno jedenáct druhů vyměnitelných břitových destiček od různých výrobců, různé geometrie a různých materiálu. Po provedení zkoušky, byly provedeny potřebné výpočty pro porovnávání řezivosti U destiček bylo zkoumáno opotřebení břitu pod mikroskopem. Řezivost vybraných druhů destiček je mezi sebou porovnána a jsou zde rozebrány příčiny těchto rozdílností. V závěru je proveden ekonomický rozbor z pohledu ceny jednotlivých břitových destiček.

Diploma thesis deals with cutting power of cutting inserts. There is resume of cutting power tests in theoretical part. Next chapter is dealing by suitable method, testing material and machine tool. There were chosen eleven types of cutting inserts by different producers, various cutting geometry and different materials. After tests were made calculations for cutting power compare. There were monitored tool wear by microscope. Cutting power of each cutting inserts was compared and discusses results different. In conclusion is economical analysis in the view of cutting insets price.
