Nasazení tribotechnické diagnostiky v provozu motorových kolejových vozidel

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá rozborem a posouzením současného stavu v oblasti používaných maziv a mazání vybraných motorových kolejových vozidel, nasazených do běžného provozu železničního dopravce. Úvodní kapitola obsahuje základní rozdělení železničních vozidel a uvedení parametrů vybraných hnacích vozidel. V následující kapitole je charakterizován současný stav údržby dopravce, použitých maziv a jejich parametrů. V dalších kapitolách bakalářské práce je uvedeno vlastní měření vzorků maziva, vyhodnocení výsledků a doporučení procesů sledování stavu pohonných jednotek z hlediska tribodiagnostiky. Bakalářská práce obsahuje protokoly z měření odebraných vzorků.

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis and assessment of the current state in the field of used lubricants and lubrication of selected motor rail vehicles deployed to the normal operation of the railway carrier. The introductory chapter contains the basic distribution of railway vehicles and the parameters of selected driving vehicles. The following chapter describes the current state of maintenance of the carrier, used lubricants and their parameters. In the next chapters of the bachelor's thesis, the actual measurement of the lubricant samples, the evaluation of the results and the recommendations of the monitoring of the state of the propulsion units in terms of tribodiagnostics are presented. Bachelor thesis contains the measurement reports of collected samples.
