Abstract

SASSIK, M. New Trends in the Gyroplane´s Design and Utilization, Ostrava – Institute of transport, Faculty of mechanical engineering, VSB – Technical university of Ostrava, 2012, thesis head: doc. Ing. Vladimír Tichavský, CSc. The content of this thesis is dedicated to gyroplanes which are currently manufactured in Europe and in the world. The introductory chapter introduces the reader to the history of gyroplanes in the world and in the Czech Republic. Following chapters are dedicated to technical specifications of currently manufactured gyroplanes, statistical processing of selected parameters two-seat gyroplanes and next options of gyroplane’s construction development. The last one chapter of this thesis is dedicated to a new options of gyroplanes’s application in civil aviation.
