Analýza systému zamestnaneckých benefitov vo vybranej spoločnosti

Abstract

Obsahom tejto diplomovej práce je analýza súčasného systému zamestnaneckých benefitov vo vybranej spoločnosti. V práci je bližšie predstavená vybraná akciová spoločnosť, jej organizačná štruktúra a štruktúra zamestnancov. Zároveň sú priblížené jednotlivé zamestnanecké výhody organizácie, vrátane podmienok ich využitia. Súčasťou diplomovej práce je aj dotazníkový prieskum, ktorý sa zameriava na názory a postoje zamestnancov k systému zamestnaneckých benefitov ich spoločnosti. Na základe výsledkov prieskumu boli navrhnuté odporúčania pre docielenie vyššej efektivity súčasného systému.

The topic of this diploma thesis is an analysis of the current employees‘ benefit system in a selected company. The work introduces the selected joint stock company, its organizational structure and the structure of employees. At the same, there are described the individual employees‘ benefits of the organization, including the conditions of their use. Part of the diploma thesis is also devoted to a questionnaire survey, which focuses on the views and attitudes of employees to the system of employees‘ benefits of their company. Based on the results of the survey, were suggested recommendations for achieving higher efficiency of the current system.
