Abstract

Thesis deals with the design of new production technology complex components. The selected part of the rotary element of the planetary gear set which is used for the PVD coating machine. Design of a new manufacturing technology consists in the appropriate selection and machine tools because of the efficiency and reduces production costs. The first part briefly describes why there is a modernization of production technology, history and production program JPMB Technology Ltd. Further disclosed is the treatment of surfaces by milling. The second section describes the existing manufacturing process selected components, the choice of modern and efficient tools for the machining of the components, as well as a proposal of cutting tools. Finally, work is technical - economic evaluation of the newly proposed technology.
