Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the change and comparison of two production technologies of how to produce a chosen spare part in MEOPTA-OPTIKA, s.r.o. Regarding to production quantities was needed save the most effectivity of production technology. This bachelor thesis in cutting of body which is basic part of collimator. Construction changes were advice after first testing and produce of body part. Base on analysis of previous and actual state was made changes. Next thesis describe problematic of milling, the movements of work and the rates of power. The description of this technology of milling follows including the increase of effectivity when using special preparation for body fix. Finally are stated positive effects of construction changes and new technology on productivity including technology-economic evaluation of construction changes.
