Posouzení vlivu tuhosti stroje na drsnost obrobku

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on the impact of machine stiffness at workpiece surface roughness. The machine stiffness significantly influences the quality of the surface and the dimension accuracy of the machining part. The theoretical part is focused on basic definitions and terminology of surface roughness, stiffness and vibrations during machining, characterization of used machines and equipment and defining of cutting conditions. During the experiment four replaceable cutting plates were used which were made from the same material, have the same coating and geometry of cutting edge but different chip breaker. The main part is focused on the processing and monitoring of results.
