Rekonstrukce kulovnice CZ 527 na ráži 6,5x38 Grendel

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá rekonstrukcí lehké kulovnice CZ 527 na ráži 6,5x38 Grendel. V úvodní kapitole je výčet současné konkurence na trhu a konstrukční uspořádání jednotlivých modelů, včetně rekonstruované lehké kulovnice CZ 527. Konstrukce náboje a jeho historie je popsána v další kapitole. Následně je bakalářská práce věnovaná samotné rekonstrukci. Ta spočívá v návrhu a kontrole nové hlavně a zásobovacího ústrojí. Z bezpečnostních důvodů je provedena kontrola uzamykacích ozubů závěru na střih a opěrná plocha pouzdra závěru na otlačení. V závěru je shrnuta proveditelnost požadované rekonstrukce.

This bachelor thesis deals with reconstruction of a centerfire rifle CZ 527 at calliber 6,5x38 Grendel. On introduction chapter there is a summary of a current market competition and structural lay-out of individual models including the reconstructed centerfire rifle CZ 527. Design of cartridge and its history are described in next chapter. Subsequently, the main part of this bachelor thesis is devoted to reconstruction itself. It consists in design and inspection of a new barrel and supply system. For safety reasons there are carried out a locking gearing checking of firearm action on shear and supporting surface of action´s bushing on pressure. In conclusion there is summarized feasibility of such reconstruction.
