Simulace proudění v míchací nádrži

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá CFD simulací proudění v míchací nádrži. V teoretické části je uvedena teorie vícefázových modelů a to modelu směsi (Mixture model) a Eulerova modelu. V práci je dále provedena CFD simulace míchání v nádrži pomocí Eulerova modelu, která je porovnána s výsledky fyzikálního měření. V závěru práce jsou navrženy vestavby do míchací nádrže, které by v praxi měly dle výsledků simulací homogenizaci binární směsi urychlit.

This master thesis deals with CFD flow simulation in mixing tank. The theoretical section presents the theory of multiphase models describing mixture model and Euler model. The work also contains CFD simulation of mixing in the tank by Euler model, which is compared with the results of physical measurements. In the end of work are proposed extensions to the mixing tank, which should accelerate the homogenization of binary mixture by the results of simulations in practice.
