Implementace Balanced Scorecard jako metody řízení výkonnosti podniku

Abstract

Tématem této diplomové práce je implementace Balanced Scorecard jako metody řízení výkonnosti podniku. Pro účely své práce jsem si vybrala firmu ABC, která se zabývá mezinárodním a vnitrostátním zasilatelstvím. Cílem mé diplomové práce bylo implementovat nový systém měření podnikové výkonnosti do podniku ABC metodou Balanced Scorecard. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část obsahuje teoretické postupy čerpané z odborné literatury. Praktická část zahrnuje charakteristiku podniku ABC, jeho současný způsob měření výkonnosti a vize firmy ABC. Poté jsem popsala jednotlivé perspektivy BSC a provedla Porterovu analýzu. Na základě informací zjištěných z jednotlivých analýz jsem odvodila strategické cíle podniku ABC, formulovala měřítka, stanovila cílové hodnoty měřítek a navrhla strategické akce potřebné k dosažení jednotlivých strategických cílů.

The theme of this thesis is the Implementation of Balanced Scorecard as a Method of Company Performance Management. I have chosen a firm ABC with focus on international and domestic forwarding. The main point was to propose a new system of measuring corporate performance using Balanced Scorecard. The thesis consists of two parts. The first part includes theoretical progress borrowed from specialized literature. The practical part contains a description of company ABC, the current method of performance measurement and the company's vision. Then I have depicted each perspectives of the BSC of the company ABC and Porter's analysis of five competitive forces. On the basic of these analyses I defined objectives of the company ABC and their indicators. Then I depicted values of indicators and recommended strategic actions which are necessary to achieve strategic objectives.
