Analýza měření na 3D CMM ve společnosti Technické laboratoře Opava,a.s.

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of measurements on a coordinate measuring machine in the company Techniké laboratorie Opava a.s. The theoretical part of the thesis is divided into several chapters, the first one describes the company TLO a.s., the departments of this company and their authorizations. The second chapter analyzes the current state in the field of coordinate measuring machines, the principle of operation of CMMs, their basic elements. Contact and non-contact measurement methods are discussed in the next part. The fourth chapter describes the general procedure and preparation of measurements on a 3D CMM. A component made of aluminum alloy EN AW-6082T6 was selected for the experimental part of the work. The part is measured on a NIKON Altera SL 20.10.8 HA 3D coordinate measuring machine. The goal of the work is to analyze the selected component, to determine the required geometric tolerances and sizes of structural elements. Procedures for determining the standard uncertainty of type A, B, combined standard uncertainty C and extended standard uncertainty U are defined here. In the final part, the measurement results and determined measurement uncertainties are analyzed, evaluated and compared with the drawing documentation.
