Analýza a optimalizace procesu výroby nosníku palubní desky

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis and optimization of the dashboard beam production process at PWO Czech Republic a.s. The theoretical part describes the methods and principles of the production process and itˈs optimazation. The practical part is focused on the characteristics of the company and then on the analysis of the production process. The following is a set of observations and measurements of workplace activities. Based on the evaluated data, solutions and bottlenecks were eliminated. Part of the solution is the design of a new spatial arrangement of production, as well as the maximum use of workers in production. At the end, the benefits of optimization are mentioned and the associated warnings about potential risks associated with optimization proposals.
