Systém vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců v Městské nemocnici Ostrava-Fifejdy

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to analyze the current state of education and staff development at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Municipal Hospital in Ostrava Fifejdy. My work is divided into five parts. Begins with an introduction, followed by the theoretical data, which describes the issue of staff training and development from public view and mostly from the literature. In the third section introduces and briefly describe the organization. The following analysis of the current state of employee training and development to the relevant department which I find by analyzing the hospital's internal documents and personal consultations with Mrs. Deputy of Personnel Department and Education Department staff. I also use a questionnaire. I has distributed a questionnaire to the employees of the department in the hospital. In the last part of the job, a conclusion, I assess that I managed to achieve a set of objectives and proposed a hospital four measures that could lead to improved education and staff development. I recommended the implementation of language courses focused primarily on medical terminology in English, e-learning courses on law in health care, professional magazine subscriptions and a form of employee satisfaction ratings.
