Abstract

The topic of the master thesis is Customer Behaviour Analysis in the Contactless Payment Market. The work is divided into individual parts. First, the theoretical basis of consumer behavior was outlined here. We explained the concept of consumer behavior and consumer behavior. Towards the end of the chapter, we dealt with the purchasing decision-making process. Subsequently, the market for contactless payments was characterized. The data in the work were obtained using a questionnaire survey. Questionnaires were sent via the facebook.com website and via e-mails. The questions were then analyzed using tables and graphs. Using the data, individual proposals and recommendations were written.
