Uzavřený zkušební okruh automobilových převodů

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou zkoušení převodových skříní a konstrukčním návrhem uzavřeného zkušebního okruhu automobilových převodů. Úvod diplomové práce se soustředí na popis typů zkušebních zařízení pro provádění životnostních zkoušek převodových skříní. V další části jsou popsány zkušební okruhy, které byly realizovány jak v zahraničí, tak i v České republice, a je zde také uveden stručný popis převodové skříně, pro kterou je navržený zkušební okruh určen. Hlavní část práce je zaměřena na konstrukční návrh jednotlivých částí uzavřeného zkušebního okruhu. Závěr práce obsahuje nezbytné analýzy a výpočty, ze kterých návrh uzavřeného zkušebního okruhu vychází.

The master’s thesis analyses the testing of gearboxes and focuses on the design of a closed loop testing bench for automobile gears. The introduction of the master’s thesis aims on the description of the types of test stands for gearbox lifetime tests. The next part describes test stations that have been constructed, both foreign and Czech and there is also a brief description of the gearbox, for which the closed loop testing bench is designed. The main part of the thesis is focused on the design of individual parts of the closed testing bench. The conclusion of the thesis contains the necessary analyzes and engineering calculations, from which the design of the closed testing bench is based.
