Návrh optimalizace pracovní operace ve strojírenské společnosti vyrábějící strojně šicí jehly

Abstract

Bachelor’s thesis deals with a proposal for increasing the efficiency of a selected work operation in an engineering company. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts of production, efficiency and downtime, as well as the principles of lean manufacturing focused on waste elimination. The practical part is focused on a detailed analysis of downtime at a selected workplace and the identification of the main causes of losses. The result of the thesis is a set of proposed measures aimed at increasing workplace efficiency. The proposed measures are subsequently verified in practice and their benefits are evaluated.
