Abstract

This diploma thesis analyzes and proposes a performance benchmarks system of the purchase team and a remuneration system according to the proposed performance indicators in the Veolia Energie ČR, a.s. Theoretical part describes and categorizes performance indicators in purchasing department and describes reporting, types of reporting and its use. At the beginning of the practical part is an analysis of the company’s reports. In following chapters, the current system of remuneration according to the evaluation criteria is described and analyzed and new evaluation criteria are proposed, including their incorporation into the system of remuneration. The last part evaluates the benefits and risks of the new concept.
