Návrh sytému hodnotících kritérií výkonnosti nákupního týmu ve výrobní společnosti

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce analyzuje a navrhuje systém hodnotících kritérií výkonnosti nákupního týmu a systém odměňování dle navržených ukazatelů výkonnosti ve společnosti Veolia Energie ČR, a.s. Teoretická část charakterizuje a kategorizuje ukazatele výkonnosti nákupu a popisuje reporting, druhy reportingu a jeho využití. V úvodu praktické části je analýza reportingu společnosti. V dalších kapitolách je popsán a analyzován současný systém odměňování dle hodnotících kritérií a návrh nových kritérií hodnocení, včetně jejich zapracování do systému odměňování. Závěr vyhodnocuje přínosy a rizika nového konceptu.

This diploma thesis analyzes and proposes a performance benchmarks system of the purchase team and a remuneration system according to the proposed performance indicators in the Veolia Energie ČR, a.s. Theoretical part describes and categorizes performance indicators in purchasing department and describes reporting, types of reporting and its use. At the beginning of the practical part is an analysis of the company’s reports. In following chapters, the current system of remuneration according to the evaluation criteria is described and analyzed and new evaluation criteria are proposed, including their incorporation into the system of remuneration. The last part evaluates the benefits and risks of the new concept.
