Analýza a rozbor úzkých míst na projektech ve výrobním procesu

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis and analysis of the bottlenecks in projects in the production process and finding a suitable effective solution. The analysis was carried out in the company PWO Czech Republic a.s. The theoretical part characterizes the methods and techniques used in the production process. The practical part is divided into two projects, which are processed separately. For each project, bottlenecks were identified that either did not meet the required standard or the required standard was not verified. Problematic points of the production processes for both projects were identified and described. Based on the analysis of the current state, process shortcomings were eliminated, and measures were proposed to achieve the required standards. The conclusion summarizes the benefits of the work associated with the proposed solutions.
