Abstract

This thesis deals with designing of the new technology of hardened component. In the first part is described the assessing of machinability difficult workable materials and are given the trends and recommendations for the machining of hardened steels. In the next section is an analysis of existing technology. Followed by a description of changes in heat treatment of components, which were the basis for the design innovation of existing production. Based on materials of current production technologies have been proposed the appropriate machine tools and instruments, and have been proposed the new technological process. In conclusion is the proposed technology compared to the existing production technology based on the economic indicators Company Strojírny Třinec a. s.
