Testy trvanlivosti při obrábění litiny vzorky destiček z řezné keramiky

Abstract

This diploma thesis is dealing by experimental determination of ceramic insert´s tool life. The work is sight to summary of using cutting materials, their distribution and application areas in introduction. Special chapter is sighting of ceramics cutting tools. Together were tested 10 types of ceramic inserts at alloy for car´s engines. Tests were doing during slide turning at CMM Sliven at constant cutting parameters and tool wear criteria VBBmax = 0,6 mm. Measuring data and the evaluation of measured cutting materials are at last chapter. Thesis is documented with graphic dependencies.
