Výroba a montáž děrovacího a lepicího zařízení

Abstract

V diplomové práci je vypracován návrh, konstrukce a montáž děrovacího a lepicího zařízení pro děrování nárazníku automobilu a lepení PDC držáků. V úvodu se práce zabývá problematikou technologie stříhání a lepení plastů. Dále je uvedena ergonomie montážního pracoviště. Návrh a konstrukce zařízení je dle požadavků zákazníka s ohledem na co nejméně zabranou plochu výrobní haly a ergonomii. Návrh se skládá z podskupin, obsahuje: rám, stůl, děrovací jednotky, lepicí jednotky, přitlačování, vozík a krytování stroje. Ke konci práce je uvedeno technicko - ekonomické zhodnocení zařízení. V závěru je popsáno celkové hodnocení práce.

There is the processed proposal of the design and assembling of the punching and adhesive of the PDC holders on this equipment for the car’s bumpers in this diploma thesis. The beginning of the thesis deals with the cutting and adhesive technology of the plastics. Furthermore is given the ergonomics of the assembling workplace. The design and construction of the equipment is according to the customer requirements with the regard to the least occupied area of the production space and the ergonomics. The proposal consists of the subassemblies, includes: frame, table top, punching units, adhesive units, the pressed, carriage and the machine safety cover. There is mentioned the technical-economic evaluation of the equipment at the end of this thesis. The overall assessment of the thesis is described in the conclusion.
