Využití 3D laserového měření

Abstract

The work deals with the use of 3D laser measurement that applies to the main part of the railway vehicles. The values obtained are crucial for proper positioning of doble wheels on the chassis and the final geometry of the static gauge of railway vehicle. It describes the distribution and the principle of measuring systems, conditions of dimensional control and measurement requirements under the provisions of Czech Railways. The next step describes the measurement errors, developed technological practicesand assesstherepeatability and reproducibility in statistical software. In conclusion is the evaluation of the proposed measurement method and time saving.
