Pneumatická doprava jemného hnědouhelného prachu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem pneumatické dopravy jemného hnědouhelného prachu ze skladovacího sila do hořáku vypalovací rotační pece. Úvod práce obsahuje rešerši současného stavu pneumatické dopravy, její princip, rozdělení a popis příslušenství. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu hnědouhelného prachu, jeho vlastnosti a konstrukční řešení dopravní trasy s technickým popisem použitého zařízení. Dále schéma navržené dopravní linky a potřebné konstrukční a technologické výpočty nutné pro správnou funkci. Součástí je výkresová dokumentace s koncepčním návrhem dopravní linky a sestavným konstrukčním výkresem pneumatické dopravy.

This thesis describes the design of pneumatic conveying of fine coal dust from the storage silo to the burner firing a rotary kiln. The background reserch includes the currentstate of pneumatic transport, principle, and the distribution of accessories. The practical part includes an analysis of coal dust, its properties and construction of transport routes and technical description of equipment used. Furthermore, the scheme proposed transit lines and the necessary structural and technological calculations necessary for proper fiction. The drawings are conceptual design of transport links with assembly design and drawing of pneumatic transport.
