Význam a rozvoj pivní turistiky v České republice

Abstract

Bachelor thesis is focused on Beer tourism in Czech Republic, its current significance and possibilities of further development. The theoretical part deals with definitions of basic concepts in tourism. Practical part is focused on historical and current development of beer tourism. It points out some of the difficulties and suggests solutions to avoid them. It also describes current trends and explains how changes in consumer behavior influence development of beer tourism. The thesis also includes analysis of annual attendance of some breweries based on own research. The last part provides brief description of possibilities for beer tourists in the Czech Republic.
