Analýza spotřebitelského chování na trhu přírodní kosmetiky

Abstract

The topic of this diploma thesis is consumer behaviour analysis on the natural cosmetics market. The main purpose of this thesis was to identify and evaluate the consumer behaviour on the natural cosmetics market. Theoretic part is closer focused on defining consumer behaviour and characteristic of the natural cosmetics market. The practical part focuses on the analysis of research results, which was carried out in the form of an electronic questionnaire survey. The obtained data were processed in the IBM SPSS Statistics program. Based on the research results, several proposals and recommendations were proposed, which can serve as feedback or inspiration for companies producing and selling natural cosmetics products.
