Abstract
The diploma thesis deals with the design and implementation of the innovation of the axle forging line of the company BONATRANS GROUP a.s., which is engaged in the production of railway wheelsets. The innovation concerns new anvils and input semi-finished products for higher efficiency of the line. The content of the thesis is a theoretical analysis, where you will find an introduction to the problem, the outputs of simulations of free forging and the overall technical and economic evaluation.
