Automatizace procesu manipulace s díly v lakovně

Abstract

Master thesis deals with design and creation of price offer of solution of robotized manipulation of parts in a paint shop supported by simulation for unnamed company. Thesis is focused on analysis of current processes in paint shop, design of automated hanging of hangers with parts on the overhead conveyor, design of unique effector for robot and creation of work process simulation for price offer. A video showing the function of the workplace is attached and the layout of the workplace itself is attached in 3D documentation. The workplace simulation is attached in the native format of the Visual Components software.
