Abstract
The subject of this diploma thesis is the Territorial Study of Locality URZ 5 according to Master Plan. The goal of this thesis was to create several variants of possible urban development while considering the limitations from the current technical and transport infrastructure. One variant of the possible urban development was then further elaborated. This elaboration includes the connection to the existing technical and transport infrastructure, preliminary budget calculation and graphic visualisations.
