dc.description.abstractPředmětem zpracované diplomové práce je územní studie lokality URZ 5 dle ÚP Ostravy. Cílem práce bylo navrhnout variantní zpracování návrhu zastavení území pří respektování polohy a omezení ve formě technické a dopravní infrastruktury. Jedna ze zpracovaných variant urbanistického návrhu byla poté vybrána a rozpracována. Součástí zpracování studie jsou krom výkresů dopravní a technické infrastruktury také orientační propočet investičních nákladů navrženého řešení a vizualizace zvolené varianty návrhu.cs
dc.description.abstractThe subject of this diploma thesis is the Territorial Study of Locality URZ 5 according to Master Plan. The goal of this thesis was to create several variants of possible urban development while considering the limitations from the current technical and transport infrastructure. One variant of the possible urban development was then further elaborated. This elaboration includes the connection to the existing technical and transport infrastructure, preliminary budget calculation and graphic visualisations.en
