Návrh a vývoj business aplikace pro digitalizaci a zefektivnění procesů v servisní organizaci

Abstract

The goal of this master's thesis was to design and develop a web-based business application for the digitalization of operational processes in a service organization. The work is based on an analysis of the actual state of a specific company that uses Microsoft Excel spreadsheets to record various events such as work orders and service tasks, which leads to increased administrative burden and error rates during manual data transfer. Based on an AS-IS analysis, GAP analysis, and requirements specification prioritized using the MoSCoW method, an information system was designed and implemented that unifies the organization's key operational processes into a single environment with the option to export data to an accounting system. The system is implemented as a monolithic multi-tier application with a backend built on the Spring Boot framework and a frontend in Angular, optimized for mobile devices as a progressive web application. Authentication is provided through the Keycloak service. The functionality of the system was verified through unit, integration, and security tests. The result is a functional system ready for deployment in real operation and the goal was met.
