Abstract
The thesis deals with the basic characteristics for describing the
properties of gases used in energy facilities. The following section
describes the most commonly used gases. The power consumption of coke
gas was made on the basis of real analysis and measurement, and
compared to existing methods of determination. The effect of humidity,
which contains the coke gas, is evaluated and the possibilities of
taking the effects of humidity into account in the current methods of
evaluation are considered
