Racionalizace výroby kabelových svazků

Abstract

In this Bachelor Thesis I am going to deal with the issue of tightness of cable bundles, implementing a new procedure of injection of grommet which is used on cable bundles and also seeking solutions to achieve 100% tightness of these grommets. Modification of the procedure was necessary due to an increase of customer orders. In the introductory part, the selected technology of injection with a description of the machine and grommet itself will be described. In the main part I am going to deal with a search for the most optimal solution of modification to achieve 100% tightness and subsequently to implement a new procedure of injection. In conclusion I am going to evaluate the technical and economical benefits of the modifications and the implement of new procedure of injection.
