dc.description.abstractCílem diplomové práce je zhodnotit konkurenceschopnost, konkurenční výhody a nevýhody strojírenského podniku. První část práce je teoretická a je zaměřená na vysvětlení základních pojmů a metod související s hodnocením konkurenceschopnosti a zjištěním konkurenčních výhod podniku. Druhá část práce obsahuje představení vybrané společnosti, aplikování analýz na danou společnost z teoretické části práce spolu s návrhy a doporučeními pro firmu.cs
dc.description.abstractThe aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the competitiveness, competitive advantages and disadvantages of the engineering company. The first part of the thesis is theoretical and is focused on explaining the basic concepts and methods related with evaluation of competitiveness and finding the competitive advantages of the company. The second part of the thesis includes introductions of a selected company, application of analyzes to the chosen company from the theoretical part of the thesis together with suggestions and recommendations for the company.en
