dc.description.abstractPříspěvek se zabývá hodnocením rizika vybraných zoonóz, a to v posledních letech u nejfrekventovaněji medializovaných. V článku jsou zahrnuta tato biologická nebezpečí: BSE, listerióza, aviární infl uenza, mexická chřipka a toxoplasmóza. V článku jsou shrnuta základní fakta o výše uvedených nákazách, možnostech jejich přenosu a fundamentálních preventivních opatřeních vedoucích k ochraně lidského zdraví.cs
dc.description.abstract-enThe contribution deals with the assessment of risk of chosen zoonoses in last years in the case of those being publicized in the media most frequently. In the article, these biological hazards are included: BSE, listeriosis, avian infl uenza, Mexican infl uenza and toxoplasmosis. In the article, basic facts concerning the above-mentioned infections, possibilities of their transfer and fundamental preventive measures leading to the protection of human health are summarised.cs
