Návrh a aplikace systému KANBAN v podniku

Abstract

In my diploma thesis I deal with proposal and application of KABAN system in business organization in DS department specifically for lines A191, UK9, UK10, UK12 and also for lines A370, A390LX, A390GLX and A391. In the first part I present theoretical knowledge, which I drew from literary source and concepts that refer to lean manufacturing application especially for KANBAN system. In the second practical part there is an analysis of the current situation in which the DS (door system) department is in company and how KABAN system is gradually introduced to the whole department.
