Návrh technologického postupu výroby komponety rentgenového zařízení

Abstract

The thesis considers rationalization of machining process, it also compares two different production technologies applied on component under conditions of DA servis s.r.o. Introduction of this thesis is describing a characteristic of milling and drilling process and characteristic of company. In analysing of a current technology are described manufacturing operations as in the technological process, used tools and machines. In order to achieve a better production effectiveness it was suggested new tools for CNC milling centre and compared production times of a current technology and suggested technology. Conclusion of this work is an economical comparison of the current technology and the suggested technology by economic indicators used in DA servis s.r.o.
