Abstract
This thesis investigates employee satisfaction in innogy company. The theoretical part focuses on knowledge of the professional literature and research, including essential definitions and theories. The relationship between job satisfaction, motivation, productivity, commitment and fluctuation is also mentioned. The research is focused on analysis of questionnaire results. The primary aim is to determine the overall employee satisfaction and propose suggestions and recommendations to improve the situation. Secondary aim is to examine the corelation between satisfaction, gender and age.
