Abstract
The bachelor thesis is about problems of flange connection of pressure vessel during assembly and subsequent operating states The first part of the thesis is a general description of flange joints and their distribution in terms of transmission of forces. The next part is devoted to problems of pre-stressed bolt connections, which are only part of the gaskets of the pressure vessels. Then check whether the temperature affects the prestressed bolt connection. Then calculate the forces and stresses on the bolts and determine the stiffness of the bolts and flanges. Test the impact of thermal expansion of the connected parts on the flange connection in several states. Check the critical condition when the temperature only affects the inlet pipe. In the next step, draw a diagram of the prestressing joint for mounting and operating conditions and determine the dynamic safety of the bolt in these states. Last but not least, create FEM calculations and compare them with theoretical calculations. And finally to draw the assembly drawing of this container and the production drawing of the bolt solved in this work.
