Abstract

The aim of this thesis was to develop proposals and recommendations that would lead to improved efficiency and increased recruitment and selection process of employees in the Psychiatric Hospital Bohnice. The analysis was performed using unstructured interview with the Head of HR and also with leading institutional pharmacy and secretary of the ethics committee. Another method used was a structured questionnaire which was distributed between two groups of workers, doctors and nurses. The results of the survey, along with interviews with the consultants helped to develop proposals and recommendations.
