Změny územně plánovacích podkladů a dokumentace na vybraných územích

Abstract

The subject of this doctoral thesis is the topic Changes of land-use planning information and documentation on selected territories. The thesis is focused mainly on the functioning, the progress of the work, the history and the changes of the land-use planning information and the land-use planning documentation, both from the point of view of the legislative framework and the theoretical aspects, as well as by the illustrative assessment of these documents and the specific territories, Hlučín and Osoblaha regions, respectively the assessment of the land-use planning information and the land-use planning documentation of individual municipalities in the area. By analyzing the situation over a certain period of time in terms of comparison of selected indicators representing the course of changes and development of particular municipalities of the monitored territory, exploring the possible dependence of the position of these communities with respect to the nearest towns, transportation accessibility, offered amenities, condition of technical infrastructure, employment opportunities, offering new building lands and the consequent limitation of the possibility of realization of the buildings or the overall attractiveness of the environment there is an attempt to verify whether despite the entire activity of the municipalities in the sense of shaping, changing and adapting the development of their territory to the current requirements, the existing settlement structure, which has been established for centuries, still retains its distinctive face and also what influences the territorial development of these sites. In conclusion, the results and evaluation of the work, including the possibility of its application in the subsequent land-use planning activities and the outline of the possible development of municipalities and regions are set out.
