Možnosti multibarevného tisku a následný post-processing pomocí technologie Material Jetting (PolyJet)

Abstract

This bachelor thesis explores the capabilities of multi-color 3D printing and the optimization of subsequent post-processing using Material Jetting (PolyJet) technology. The theoretical part includes a literature review of additive manufacturing technologies with a focus on the Stratasys J5 DentaJet system and an analysis of the materials used. The practical part documents the process of digital preparation for an embedded model with an applied texture and its subsequent physical realization. A key point of the thesis is the experimental verification of the influence of photo-bleaching and mechanical polishing methodology on the final optical properties and transparency of the MED610 material. The result of the work is a defined technological workflow for achieving high visual quality and clarity of multi-color models, comparable to conventionally manufactured components.
